Consent

I, a user of CS2 Team Finder, freely, by my own will and in my own interest, give consent to the personal data controller: individual Igor Sergeevich Kulgachev, INN: 920157528798, contact email: hello@cs2teamfinder.ru.

I give consent to process my personal data for registration, account creation and maintenance, player profile creation, player matching, communication with me about the service, platform security, moderation, abuse prevention, and performance of the Terms of Use.

If I am under 18, I confirm that I use the service with the consent of a parent or other legal representative if such consent is required by applicable law.

1. Data covered

This consent covers: email; internal user identifier; Steam ID, Steam profile link, nickname, avatar, and other Steam profile data; FACEIT ID, FACEIT nickname, FACEIT level, FACEIT ELO, and other FACEIT profile data; Telegram ID, username, profile name, and data about connection with the Telegram bot; game roles; maps; game goals; country or region; communication language; prime time; profile description; visibility settings; reviews, complaints, and moderation data; IP address; user-agent; cookies; technical logs; and support request data.

2. Processing actions

I allow the controller to perform the following actions with my personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification; updating; modification; use; transfer where necessary for service operation; provision of access; depersonalization; blocking; deletion; and destruction.

Processing may be carried out with or without automated tools.

3. Third parties

For service operation, my data may be transferred or made available to hosting providers, email infrastructure providers, Steam and Telegram authentication services, the FACEIT API when importing game data, analytics services, contractors who support the service, and public authorities in cases required by law.

4. Cross-border transfer

When Steam, Telegram, the FACEIT API, email services, analytics, CDN, hosting, or other infrastructure are used, my data may be transferred or made available outside my country of residence where there is a legal basis and taking into account applicable law.

5. Term

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn or the account is deleted, unless longer retention of certain data is required by law, service security, complaint handling, or protection of the rights of the controller and users.

6. Withdrawal

I may withdraw this consent by sending a request to hello@cs2teamfinder.ru.

Withdrawal of consent may make it impossible to use the account, player profile, player matching, and other CS2 Team Finder features.
