Consent to Personal Data Processing

Consent

I, a CS2 Team Finder user, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of my personal data by the personal data controller, individual Igor Sergeevich Kulgachev, taxpayer identification number (INN) 920157528798, email hello@cs2teamfinder.ru, under the terms of this Consent.

1. Purposes

Processing is carried out to register and maintain my account, identify and authenticate me, maintain security, create a player or other available profile, provide search and recommendations, operate team features, process applications and invitations, operate praccs, the calendar, tasks, and other features I choose, connect to external gaming and authentication services, send necessary service notifications, provide support, moderate content, and prevent abuse.

2. Personal data

This Consent covers data that I provide directly or that the service obtains through integrations I choose:

email; internal identifier; registration and sign-in details; identifier and name of an external authentication provider; name or display name returned by the provider; Steam data; FACEIT data; Leetify data; Telegram ID, username, and linking details; nickname; age or age range; region or country; languages; in-game roles; maps; goals; schedule; profile description; gaming statistics; visibility settings; coach data if that feature is used; reviews and ratings; applications and invitations; messages and shared team content; complaints and moderation details; notification settings; support-request data; IP address; user-agent; technical identifiers and logs.

When I use the project-support feature, user or payer identifiers, support method, amount or description of the value transferred, transaction status and time, external transaction identifier, and proof I provide may be processed to the extent relevant to that scenario.

3. Actions involving data

I permit the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, retrieval, use, granting of access, transfer where needed for the chosen feature, blocking, anonymization, deletion, and destruction of data.

Processing may be automated or involve a person.

4. Sources and recipients

Data may be obtained directly from me or, when I choose to use the relevant feature, from Steam, FACEIT, Leetify, Telegram, VK ID, Yandex ID, and other explicitly connected services.

To the extent necessary, infrastructure and email providers, those external services, analytics services where the necessary separate consent has been given, and people who ensure the technical operation of the service may have access to data.

Certain data may be sent to an external webhook if that address was configured by me or an authorized representative of my team.

5. Analytics and marketing

This Consent in itself does not constitute consent to optional marketing messages or optional analytics technologies where applicable law requires the user to make a separate choice.

Such consents are requested separately.

6. Duration

This Consent remains effective from the time it is given until it is withdrawn or until processing of the relevant data ends after account deletion, except where further processing is permitted or required on another basis provided by law.

7. Withdrawal

Consent may be withdrawn by writing to hello@cs2teamfinder.ru.

After withdrawal, processing based specifically on this Consent stops in the manner provided by law.

Some processing may continue without consent if it has another lawful basis.

Withdrawal of consent may make it impossible to provide features that objectively require processing the relevant data.
